A sermon by Pastor Tim Vusik from 2 Kings 20:1-6.
At some point, we've all asked ourselves questions that pertain to both our prayers and God's sovereign will: If God controls every event, from the smallest to the greatest, then why should we pray? If events are predetermined, what meaningful difference can our prayers possibly make? These complex questions are indeed answered in the Bible.
Big Idea: Pray, because our prayers are a means to accomplish God's plans that demonstrate His faithfulness to His promises.
