Made in God’s image, we were designed to flourish. Genesis 1–2 reveals His blueprint for our well-being, and only by living according to His design do we truly thrive.

Big Idea: From the beginning, humanity flourishes only by belonging to God, depending on God, and submitting to God.

1. Man’s Origin: God Formed Man to Belong to Him (4-7)
2. Man’s Environment: God Placed Man to Depend on Him (8-14)
3. Man’s Purpose: God Commanded Man to Submit to Him (15-17)
