New Position, New Direction | Colossians 3:1-4

Colossians is pure Christology. In chapters 1-2, Paul defends the supremacy of Jesus Christ over creation, salvation, and the church. In chapters 3-4, he emphasizes the supremacy of Christ over the personal life of every believer. Colossians 3:1-4 is a bridge that joins both sections in which Paul lays down the requirements and reasons for living with heavenly priorities.

Big Idea: Our new position in Christ results in a new direction in life.
