A sermon by Pastor Tim Vusik from 1 Thessalonians 2:17-3:5.
As we come to the end of another year, it’s natural to take stock of our lives and ask whether we’ve had a successful year. But how do we measure success? The Apostle Paul gives us a rubric for doing so in 1 Thessalonians.
Big Idea: The greatest thing we can do as Christians is help others become more like Christ.
- Affection: Long to Be Present with God’s People (2:17-18)
- Valuation: Value People as Your Greatest Investment (2:19-20)
- Action: Commit to the Perseverance of God’s People (3:1-5)
